Monthly HOG Chapter Dinners Volunteer Opportunity
We need volunteers to coordinate the monthly HOG Chapter dinners. It's EASY and FUN!
- Get a group of your friends together.
- Decide the date that works for your group, your menu, and who is bringing what.
- Will you make the food, or buy pre-made? Plan for 50-60 people.
- Notify the Director at [email protected] with your plans.
- The Chapter supplies the tables, beverages, plates, napkins and flatware. Bring any serving utensils you may need.
- On your date, arrive prior to 6:00pm to setup. Dinner served at 6:15pm.
- This is a great way to serve your Chapter, meet new friends, and have fun! The Chapter thanks you for your participation!
Regular meetings
We host monthly Chapter meetings at the Wild Prairie Harley Davidson Dealership. The meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month and are one hour in length beginning at 7:00 PM. If you come early, a meal is served beginning at 6:15 PM.
